Tastier Meat Through Marinating

When you are cooking meat, the best way to prepare it is to marinate. There are several reasons why marinating is a better idea than simply coating the meat with whatever tasty substance you want to have on it. For example, when you cook with barbeque sauce, if you are cooking on the grill or in the oven or on the stove top a good cooking tip is to marinate the meat for at least 24 hours in the refrigerator.
