kool im going to follow ur receipe thanks
I ate three servings full now I can’t move…you ladies should have workout videos on the side
good one.thanx..i like the fact you gurls use such less oil..:)
ladies you rock!!
In my home, we use three times the amount of methi and much much less potatoes.
I have the same problem with my cousins who think that talking in an American accent will make them the ruling class! Only joking, I think this is a good clear video.
This response is a little late…pardon us.
Have you wondered why someone speaking Hindi in Mumbai sounds different than someone speaking Hindi in Hyderabad? Your surroundings, not your ethnicity determines your accent.
I disagree. My uncle has been living in the United States for 38 years. He works for NASA and deals 99% of the time with proper Americans. Till today his accent is that of any Indian. It is a choice. You can change it if you wish to blend in – thats fine. But to say surroundings determine accents is seriously inaccurate. Specially if the accent is obviously fake.
like you know how to cook , please go back to your own country before you destroy us all
Jus ignore these people, Its not worth explaining yourself to idiots thank you for the recipes.

@SachuBachu
haha.
great recipe !!
thanks for coming to the US and helping us learn to cook some healthy food.
Everything looks good exept i think there is too much salt used. Maybe in India salt is not considered a bad thing.
Salt is “to taste”
interesting
Can you used dried feugreek/methi leaves if you don’t have fresh?
@jbirsner : Yes, you can use dried
methi. Word of caution, dried methi
is more potent so use sparingly!
looks wonderful , so methi has a mint flavor? That would be a wonderful combination for a side dish for my family.
@kithrakat
Actually, methi has a bitter flavor…not minty at all. However, don’t let that scare you. It is a very unique flavor
i am suprised to see turmeric powder being used at the end of the dish, as we use it after the onions being put into.
